Your basket, your rules
Store-wide, the custom builders outsell every ready-made basket. Pick the price, then the items — cheese, wine, sweets, treats — and add your card; it's put together to order, same-day when ordered by 11 a.m. Eastern. Kosher, halal and event-sized requests take the custom-order form.

What to tell us
- Homes — delivered no later than 9 p.m. If nobody answers, the driver leaves the gift in a safe spot or with a neighbour and lets the recipient know; gifts containing alcohol are never left unattended.
- Businesses — workplaces are done no later than 5 p.m., left with reception or in the mailroom; we need the company name and the floor or suite.
- Hospitals — brought to the ward or the main reception; give the full name, the ward and the room. Some wards refuse food or flowers — confirm before ordering.
- Hotels, hospitals and care homes are written up on the delivery page.

Delivery to Aurora: FAQs
When do I need to order for Aurora same-day?
By 11:00 a.m. Eastern. That holds every day of the week, for every Aurora address, except on the closure days shown above.
How much is delivery?
Free when the order is $100 or more; otherwise the fee is displayed at checkout before payment.
What if nobody's there to receive it?
For most gifts the driver uses a safe spot or reception. Anything with alcohol has to be taken in person by someone 19 or over with photo ID.
I've missed the 11 a.m. cut-off — what happens?
The gift goes out tomorrow instead, or on any later date you choose at checkout.
Is a card included? Can I adjust what's inside?
Yes to both: the greeting card carries your message, add-ons are offered on most product pages, and the custom builders put every item in your hands.
