Placing the order from Bermuda
We take orders from Bermuda every week. The checkout asks for two sets of details — the person paying and the person receiving — and confusing them is the only common mistake:
- Billing fields: the cardholder's name as printed, the street address, parish and postal code, the postal code — all yours.
- Delivery fields: everything about the recipient — name, Canadian street address, city, ON, postal code in the M5V 3L9 form, and their telephone, which is what the driver or courier will use.
- Greeting card: signed with your name so they know who sent it; the packing slip is priceless in the literal sense — no amounts printed.
Currency and payment from Bermuda
CurrencyCanadian dollars throughout. There's no Bermudian dollars view in the currency menu (it stops at USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY), so work from the CAD price.
What you payA CAD amount — the gift, Canadian sales tax and delivery to that address, all displayed before payment. Your card issuer turns it into Bermudian dollars at the issuer's rate, possibly plus a fee; the store has no part in that conversion.

Toronto and GTA addresses are same-day when the order is in by 11:00 a.m. Eastern — free delivery on orders of $100 or more, otherwise a charge quoted at checkout. Other Ontario addresses go by courier in one to three business days; order by 2 p.m. Eastern and checkout quotes the shipping.
Order deadlines, where you are
Everything is timed on Eastern Time, which is what the recipient in Ontario lives on. For same-day hand delivery in Toronto and the GTA the order must be in by 11:00 a.m. Eastern on the day (any day of the week; workplaces get it no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m.). Courier orders for the rest of Ontario go out the same day if placed by 2 p.m. Eastern on a weekday and take one to three business days. Here is what those cut-offs are for September 21, 2026:

Checking progress
Order Tracking asks for the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. A very recent order may not appear for a few minutes; if it still doesn't, contact support with the order number from your confirmation email.

Sending wine or spirits
Wine, champagne, beer and spirits can be sent to any address in Ontario where the recipient is 19 or over — Ontario's legal drinking age. The driver or courier hands a gift containing alcohol only to someone 19+ with photo ID and never leaves it unattended; a courier delivery needs an adult signature. If nobody of age is home, it's re-attempted or held for collection. Kosher wine and alcohol-free gourmet ranges are on the store.
