Writing the card and the address from Mexico
Although Spanish is what people speak in Mexico, the store operates in English from checkout to delivery label.
- On the card: any language in Latin letters, printed as you wrote it.
- On the billing form: your name and address as your bank spells them, Latin letters.
- On the delivery label: the recipient's name and Canadian address in Latin letters — the courier reads English, and other scripts can't be checked at the door.
- On the phone: the recipient's Canadian number, area code first, in the delivery fields; your number may carry Mexico's country code.

Order Tracking asks for the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. A very recent order may not appear for a few minutes; if it still doesn't, contact support with the order number from your confirmation email.

The rules on alcohol
You can send wine, champagne, beer or spirits to any address in Ontario provided the recipient is 19 or older — the legal drinking age here. Handover is to a person 19+ with photo ID only; the gift is never left unattended; couriers take an adult signature; and if no adult is home the delivery is re-attempted or held. Alcohol-free gourmet ranges and kosher wine are stocked.

Is a card from Mexico a problem?
Not at all. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB go through with a Mexican billing address; the transaction is in CAD and your bank handles the exchange.
Could the recipient get a bill for customs or delivery?
No — there's no border crossing, so no customs, duty or import fee. Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more in the same-day zone, and courier shipping is charged to you at checkout.
Same-day from abroad — really?
Yes, when the address is in Toronto or the GTA and the order arrives by 11:00 a.m. Eastern that day (see the Mexico equivalent in the table). The rest of Ontario is courier: order by 2 p.m. Eastern, delivered in one to three business days.
How do I pick the arrival date?
Select the day it should land at the recipient's address, reckoned in Eastern time. Past 11 a.m. in Toronto, the earliest same-day option is the next day.
Are wine and champagne deliverable?
Yes — to anyone 19 or over. Photo ID is checked on handover, and alcohol is never left unattended.
