Ordering from Singapore is straightforward as long as the payer's and the recipient's details stay in their own fields:
- Who pays — your own name as printed on the card, plus your street address, unit and six-digit postal code, in the billing section; put your postal code there too.
- Who receives — their full name, Canadian street address, city, ON, Canadian postal code (M5V 3L9 style) and their telephone number in the delivery section, because that's who the driver calls.
- Who it's from — the greeting card says, in your words; nothing on the packing slip mentions a price.
Canadian dollars, Singaporean card
CurrencyCanadian dollars throughout. There's no Singapore dollars view in the currency menu (it stops at USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY), so work from the CAD price.
The chargeYour card is charged in Canadian dollars. Canadian sales tax and the delivery charge for the recipient's address are shown before you pay. Your bank or card provider converts the CAD amount into Singapore dollars at its own rate and may add its own fee — the store doesn't set or see that rate.

Toronto and the GTA: same-day when the order lands by 11:00 a.m. Eastern, every day of the week, with businesses served no later than 5 p.m. and homes no later than 9 p.m. Rest of Ontario: courier, shipped the same day for orders by 2 p.m. Eastern (weekdays), one to three business days in transit. Alphabets: the card and the label
Although English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil are what people speak in Singapore, the store operates in English from checkout to delivery label.
- Message. Type it in whatever language you like, provided it's in Latin letters — what you type is what prints.
- The payer's details. Latin letters, exactly as the card issuer has them.
- Where it's going. The recipient's name and Canadian address in Latin letters; the delivery label is English and a name in another script won't be recognised at the door.
- Telephones. Give the recipient's Canadian number with its area code in the delivery fields; yours can include the Singapore dialling code.

Order Tracking asks for the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. A very recent order may not appear for a few minutes; if it still doesn't, contact support with the order number from your confirmation email.

Alcohol
Sending a bottle to Ontario is allowed when the person receiving it is 19 or above (the legal drinking age). Whoever takes it in must be 19+ and show photo ID; alcohol is never left unattended; courier deliveries need an adult signature; and an empty house means a re-attempt or a held parcel. Alcohol-free gourmet baskets and kosher wines are also on the store.

Not at all. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB go through with a Singaporean billing address; the transaction is in CAD and your bank handles the exchange.
Any duty or fees at their end?
None. The basket is assembled and delivered in Canada, so customs and import fees don't apply. Same-day-zone delivery is free on orders of $100 or more; courier costs appear at your checkout.
What's the same-day deadline?
11:00 a.m. Eastern on the day itself, for Toronto and GTA addresses — the table above gives it in Singapore time. Other Ontario addresses: order by 2 p.m. Eastern and it ships that day, arriving in one to three business days.
