Two addresses: yours in Spain, theirs in Ontario
Yes — a purchaser in Spain can order for a recipient anywhere we deliver in Ontario. Checkout keeps two addresses apart, and the order goes wrong only when they're mixed:
- Billing — the buyer. The billing fields take your name exactly as the card shows it and your street address, código postal, city and province; your código postal belongs here.
- Delivery — the recipient. The delivery fields take their name, their Canadian street address, the city, ON, the Canadian postal code (the M5V 3L9 pattern) and their phone number — that's the number the driver or courier will ring.
- The card. Your name is on the greeting card, so it's clear who it's from; the packing slip carries no prices.
The charge, in plain terms

How it's chargedIn Canadian dollars, the full amount visible before you pay — gift, Canadian tax, delivery to the address. What appears in euros on your statement is your bank's conversion at its rate, sometimes with a fee the store doesn't control.

What doesn't applyDuty, customs, import charges: none of them, as the gift stays inside Canada from our hands to the door. The recipient pays nothing at all.
Is their address covered?
Look up the Ontario address by the recipient's postal code: the live service behind the checkout answers with same-day or courier and a transit time.
The 11:00 a.m. Eastern cut-off gives same-day delivery in Toronto and the GTA (free from $100 up, else the charge at checkout); the 2 p.m. Eastern cut-off gets a courier parcel moving to the rest of Ontario, one to three business days away, with the rate at checkout.

Same-day (Toronto and the GTA): order by 11:00 a.m. Eastern, any day; businesses receive no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m. Courier (rest of Ontario): order by 2 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, to ship that day; one to three business days to arrive. Two calendars are in play: the table is correct for the date it names and moves an hour when either country changes its clocks, while the live line is today's. Checkout wants the recipient's date in Eastern time — with Toronto past 11 a.m., the earliest same-day date is the next one. Language, characters and names
English is the store's language throughout; Spanish is spoken in Spain, and that matters for the card and the address:
- Greeting card. Write your card message in any language that uses Latin letters — it prints as you type it.
- Your name and billing address. As they appear on your card statement, in Latin letters.
- Recipient's name and Canadian address. Latin letters — the delivery label and the courier's systems are in English; a name in another script can't be read at the door.
- Telephone numbers. The recipient's Canadian number in the delivery fields, with area code; yours can carry the Spain country code.

Tracking your order
Order Tracking asks for the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. A very recent order may not appear for a few minutes; if it still doesn't, contact support with the order number from your confirmation email.

Alcohol
A bottle — wine, champagne, beer, spirits — can be delivered to any Ontario address where the recipient is at least 19, Ontario's legal drinking age. It is handed only to someone 19+ with photo ID, is never left unattended, and on a courier route needs an adult signature; if no adult is in, it's tried again or held for pickup. Kosher wines and alcohol-free gourmet options are available too.
Before you order from Spain
Can I pay with a card issued in Spain?
Yes — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB are accepted from a Spanish billing address. The charge is in Canadian dollars; your bank converts it.
Any duty or fees at their end?
None. The basket is assembled and delivered in Canada, so customs and import fees don't apply. Same-day-zone delivery is free on orders of $100 or more; courier costs appear at your checkout.
Is same-day possible from where I am?
Yes, if the order reaches us by 11:00 a.m. Eastern on the delivery day and the address is in Toronto or the GTA — check the table above for the Spain equivalent. Elsewhere in Ontario, a 2 p.m. Eastern order ships that day and arrives in one to three business days.
