Yes — a purchaser in Switzerland can order for a recipient anywhere we deliver in Ontario. Checkout keeps two addresses apart, and the order goes wrong only when they're mixed:
- The buyer's block holds your card name, street address, Postleitzahl and city and Postleitzahl / NPA.
- The recipient's block holds their name, Canadian street, city, ON, the M5V 3L9-style postal code and the recipient's phone — the number the driver or courier dials.
- The card tells them it's from you; the slip inside shows no prices.

The price tagEvery price is CAD. The switcher covers USD, GBP, EUR, AUD and JPY only, not Swiss francs; treat the CAD number as the real one.
What you payA CAD amount — the gift, Canadian sales tax and delivery to that address, all displayed before payment. Your card issuer turns it into Swiss francs at the issuer's rate, possibly plus a fee; the store has no part in that conversion.

Toronto and GTA addresses are same-day when the order is in by 11:00 a.m. Eastern — free delivery on orders of $100 or more, otherwise a charge quoted at checkout. Other Ontario addresses go by courier in one to three business days; order by 2 p.m. Eastern and checkout quotes the shipping.
The Toronto cut-offs in Switzerland time
The clock that matters is the recipient's — Eastern Time. Toronto and the GTA: same-day when the order lands by 11:00 a.m. Eastern, every day of the week, with businesses served no later than 5 p.m. and homes no later than 9 p.m. Rest of Ontario: courier, shipped the same day for orders by 2 p.m. Eastern (weekdays), one to three business days in transit. - Recipient's name and Canadian address. Latin letters — the delivery label and the courier's systems are in English; a name in another script can't be read at the door.

Where is it?
Order Tracking needs the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Allow a few minutes after ordering; if nothing shows after that, send support the order number from the confirmation email.

Alcohol
Wine, champagne, beer and spirits go anywhere in Ontario as long as the recipient is 19 or over, the province's legal drinking age. A driver or courier will only hand alcohol to a person 19+ with photo ID, never leaves it unattended, and a courier requires an adult's signature; with nobody of age at home, delivery is re-attempted or the parcel is held. The store also stocks kosher wine and alcohol-free gourmet ranges.
Switzerland to Ontario — common questions
Can I pay with a card issued in Switzerland?
Yes — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB are accepted from a Swiss billing address. The charge is in Canadian dollars; your bank converts it.
Will the recipient be asked to pay customs or delivery?
Nothing — no customs, no duty, no import fee, because the gift never leaves Canada. Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more in the same-day zone, and any courier charge is shown to you, the buyer, at checkout.
Same-day from abroad — really?
Yes, when the address is in Toronto or the GTA and the order arrives by 11:00 a.m. Eastern that day (see the Switzerland equivalent in the table). The rest of Ontario is courier: order by 2 p.m. Eastern, delivered in one to three business days.
Nobody in — what then?
Our drivers leave it somewhere safe or with a neighbour and tell the recipient; a courier can use a safe place too. Alcohol is different: the delivery is re-attempted or held.
