Buying from Turkey, delivering in Ontario
Ordering from Turkey is straightforward as long as the payer's and the recipient's details stay in their own fields:
- Billing — the buyer. The billing fields take your name exactly as the card shows it and your street address, posta kodu, district and province; your posta kodu belongs here.
- Delivery — the recipient. The delivery fields take their name, their Canadian street address, the city, ON, the Canadian postal code (the M5V 3L9 pattern) and their phone number — that's the number the driver or courier will ring.
- The card. Your name is on the greeting card, so it's clear who it's from; the packing slip carries no prices.

BillingYou're billed in CAD, and checkout shows the whole figure (gift, Canadian sales tax, delivery for that address) before you confirm. The Turkish lira equivalent depends on your card provider's rate and fees, not the store's.

Sending wine or spirits
Recipients aged 19 or over (Ontario's legal drinking age) can receive wine, champagne, beer and spirits anywhere in the province. The rules at the door: photo ID from someone 19+, never left unattended, an adult signature for courier deliveries, and a re-attempt or hold when nobody of age answers. Kosher wine and alcohol-free gourmet baskets are on the store as well.

Will a Turkey bank card work?
It will. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB are all taken with a Turkish billing address; you're charged in CAD and your bank does the conversion.
Any duty or fees at their end?
None. The basket is assembled and delivered in Canada, so customs and import fees don't apply. Same-day-zone delivery is free on orders of $100 or more; courier costs appear at your checkout.
What time is the cut-off, in my time?
The table above shows it: 11:00 a.m. Eastern for same-day in Toronto and the GTA, 2 p.m. Eastern for courier to the rest of Ontario (one to three business days), each converted for Turkey.
What happens if the door isn't answered?
The driver finds a safe place or a neighbour and messages the recipient; couriers may also leave it safely. A gift containing alcohol is re-attempted or held instead.
