Ordering from Ukraine is straightforward as long as the payer's and the recipient's details stay in their own fields:

The Toronto cut-offs in Ukraine time
Everything is timed on Eastern Time, which is what the recipient in Ontario lives on. For same-day hand delivery in Toronto and the GTA the order must be in by 11:00 a.m. Eastern on the day (any day of the week; workplaces get it no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m.). Courier orders for the rest of Ontario go out the same day if placed by 2 p.m. Eastern on a weekday and take one to three business days. Here is what those cut-offs are for September 21, 2026:

- Greeting card. Write your card message in any language that uses Latin letters — it prints as you type it. A message in Cyrillic has not been tested through this store's card-printing path, so write it in Latin letters (a transliteration is fine).
- Your name and billing address. As they appear on your card statement, in Latin letters.
- Recipient's name and Canadian address. Latin letters — the delivery label and the courier's systems are in English; a name in another script can't be read at the door.
- Telephone numbers. The recipient's Canadian number in the delivery fields, with area code; yours can carry the Ukraine country code.

If there's a bottle in it
Sending a bottle to Ontario is allowed when the person receiving it is 19 or above (the legal drinking age). Whoever takes it in must be 19+ and show photo ID; alcohol is never left unattended; courier deliveries need an adult signature; and an empty house means a re-attempt or a held parcel. Alcohol-free gourmet baskets and kosher wines are also on the store.

Will a Ukraine bank card work?
It will. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB are all taken with a Ukrainian billing address; you're charged in CAD and your bank does the conversion.
Is there anything for the recipient to pay?
No. Made and delivered within Canada means no customs or import charges; delivery in the same-day zone is free on orders of $100 or more, and courier shipping is paid by you at checkout.
How early must I order for delivery today?
Before 11:00 a.m. Eastern (converted for Ukraine in the table above) if the address is in Toronto or the GTA. For the rest of Ontario the courier cut-off is 2 p.m. Eastern, then one to three business days.
Is a Ukrainian card message all right?
Yes, as long as it's in Latin letters; it's printed exactly as you type it. Cyrillic script hasn't been tested on the card printer, so transliterate. The names and the delivery address also need Latin letters.
Will I know the Ukrainian hryvnia cost before paying?
You'll know the CAD cost exactly — gift, tax and delivery, all shown at checkout. The UAH figure depends on your bank's rate; the store's currency menu only approximates it.
