Two addresses: yours in the UK, theirs in Ontario
Yes — a purchaser in the UK can order for a recipient anywhere we deliver in Ontario. Checkout keeps two addresses apart, and the order goes wrong only when they're mixed:
- Payer: name as on the card, street address, town and postcode, postcode — in billing.
- Receiver: name, Canadian street address, city, ON, a postal code like M5V 3L9, and their own phone number — in delivery; the driver or courier rings the receiver.
- Sender line: your name goes on the greeting card, and the packing slip carries no prices.
What a the UK card is charged

BillingYou're billed in CAD, and checkout shows the whole figure (gift, Canadian sales tax, delivery for that address) before you confirm. The pounds sterling equivalent depends on your card provider's rate and fees, not the store's.

How soon can it get there?
Enter the recipient's Canadian postal code — the answer comes from the same delivery service the checkout uses: same-day or courier, and the days.

Cut-off times converted for the UK
Toronto works on Eastern Time. An order in by 11:00 a.m. Eastern is hand-delivered the same day anywhere in Toronto and the GTA, seven days a week — businesses no later than 5 p.m., homes no later than 9 p.m. For everywhere else in Ontario, courier orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern on a weekday ship that day and arrive within one to three business days. In the UK's own time on September 21, 2026:

Following the order
The store's Order Tracking page wants the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. An order placed minutes ago can take a little while to show; if it stays missing, give support the order number from your confirmation.

A person answers at customer support (+1 (416) 259-2400) between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Eastern, with extended hours during major holidays, as the store states (read 2026-09-17). Your equivalent on September 21, 2026:

Drinks: who can receive them
Wine, champagne, beer and spirits go anywhere in Ontario as long as the recipient is 19 or over, the province's legal drinking age. A driver or courier will only hand alcohol to a person 19+ with photo ID, never leaves it unattended, and a courier requires an adult's signature; with nobody of age at home, delivery is re-attempted or the parcel is held. The store also stocks kosher wine and alcohol-free gourmet ranges.

Does the recipient pay anything — customs, duty, delivery?
No. The gift is made and delivered inside Canada; there is no customs or import fee. Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more in the same-day zone; courier shipping is shown to you at checkout.
Can I still get same-day if I order tonight, my time?
Depends where tonight falls in Toronto: the order has to be in by 11:00 a.m. Eastern for same-day in Toronto and the GTA, and by 2 p.m. Eastern to ship a courier parcel that day (one to three business days). The table above converts both for the UK.
Is alcohol allowed in the gift?
Yes, when the recipient is 19 or older. Photo ID is checked at the door and alcohol is never left unattended.
What happens if the door isn't answered?
The driver finds a safe place or a neighbour and messages the recipient; couriers may also leave it safely. A gift containing alcohol is re-attempted or held instead.
