Your words on the card
A greeting card comes with each gift — type the message where you order.
Add a little more
On most product pages you can bolt on extra treats, a bottle, or a bunch of flowers, each priced there.
Make it exactly what you want
Our most-ordered gift is one customers build themselves. Start with a number, then fill the basket — a bottle, cheeses, something sweet — and write the card. It's assembled to order, same-day when ordered by 11 a.m. Eastern. Kosher, halal or a big event? Use the custom-order form.

Details that help
- Homes — deliveries finish no later than 9 p.m. If no one's home, the gift is left somewhere safe or with a neighbour and the recipient is messaged; gifts with alcohol are never left unattended.
- Businesses — handed to reception or the mailroom no later than 5 p.m.; the company name and the floor or suite number make it quick.
- Hospitals — the ward or the main desk; the patient's full name, ward and room number are needed. Certain units don't allow flowers or food, so ask ahead.
- Sending to a hotel, hospital or care home? The delivery page has the details.

The usual Ajax questions
How late can I order for delivery in Ajax today?
Until 11:00 a.m. Eastern. Anything in by then reaches any Ajax address the same day, every day of the week apart from the closure days above.
Is there a delivery fee?
Not from $100 up. Below that there is a charge, and you see it at checkout before paying.
Do they have to answer the door?
Not for most gifts, which can be left safely or at reception. A gift with alcohol must be received by someone 19 or over with photo ID.
Can I still order after 11 in the morning?
Yes; it arrives the following day. Checkout also offers any later date you prefer.
Is a card included? Can I adjust what's inside?
Yes to both: the greeting card carries your message, add-ons are offered on most product pages, and the custom builders put every item in your hands.
