- Businesses — workplaces are done no later than 5 p.m., left with reception or in the mailroom; we need the company name and the floor or suite.
- Hospitals — to the ward or main desk; include the patient's full name, ward and room. Some units restrict flowers and food — check first.
- Sending to a hotel, hospital or care home? The delivery page has the details.

11:00 a.m. Eastern. Every Brooklin address qualifies, seven days a week; only the closure days above are excluded.
Is there a delivery fee?
Not from $100 up. Below that there is a charge, and you see it at checkout before paying.
Will someone need to be home?
Not usually — the driver can leave the gift in a safe place or with reception. Gifts with alcohol are the exception: they're handed only to someone 19 or over with photo ID.
Can I add a card or change the contents?
Every gift takes a greeting card with your message. Most baskets offer add-ons on the product page, and the custom builders let you choose everything.
What if an item isn't available?
Seasonal flowers and some gourmet products vary; the replacement keeps the same value, theme and design.
