Before you order for Brampton
When do I need to order for Brampton same-day?
By 11:00 a.m. Eastern. That holds every day of the week, for every Brampton address, except on the closure days shown above.
Do I pay for delivery?
Not when the order is $100 or more. Below that there is a charge — visible at checkout before payment.
Must the recipient be present?
Only for gifts containing alcohol, which go to a person 19 or over with photo ID. Everything else can be left safely or with reception.
Can I add a card or change the contents?
Every gift takes a greeting card with your message. Most baskets offer add-ons on the product page, and the custom builders let you choose everything.
Are substitutions ever made?
Flowers and some gourmet items are seasonal; when a substitution is needed, the overall value, theme and design of the order are kept.
