Asked about Georgetown delivery
Is Georgetown a quick delivery?
1–2 business days by courier, weekdays — order by 2 p.m. Eastern and the clock starts that day; business days only.
Is shipping expensive?
It depends where in the region the gift goes and which service you choose — the exact figure appears at checkout before you pay.
Do they have to answer the door?
Not for most gifts — a safe-place drop is fine. Alcohol needs a signature from a person 19 or over with photo ID.
Can I write a card, or swap something in the basket?
A greeting card with your message is included with every gift. Most product pages list add-ons, and the custom builders let you pick each item.
Are substitutions ever made?
Flowers and some gourmet items are seasonal; when a substitution is needed, the overall value, theme and design of the order are kept.
