Same-day or courier? Check the postal code
The recipient's postal code — the Ontario one, not your own — tells you which service their address gets: same-day by our drivers, or courier with an estimated transit time.
Remember: this wants the recipient's postal code — your own belongs with your billing details.
What changes between Newfoundland and Labrador and Ontario
Two things are decided by the recipient's province rather than yours: the tax charged at checkout and the minimum age for a gift with alcohol in it. For Ontario:
HSTThe order carries 13% HST because the delivery is in Ontario — a different figure from the 15% HST charged in Newfoundland and Labrador.
Free or not?Free from $100 up anywhere in Toronto and the GTA. Beyond the same-day area the courier charge for the recipient's postal code appears before you pay.
Their telephone numberBelongs with the delivery address; it's the number the driver or courier will ring.
Who it's fromThe greeting card says so, in your words; the paperwork inside the basket carries no prices.

What the Newfoundland orders tell us
Looking at every order billed in Newfoundland and Labrador and delivered in Ontario since the store's records begin: 62% to Toronto, 6% to Mississauga and 6% to Etobicoke; 84% in all reach a same-day address. The median order is $165. December alone is 50% of the year. 12% go to a business address (the store as a whole: 24%).
The numbers describe Newfoundland and Labrador's orders as a group; no gift has enough of them to be ranked, so the store's leaders carry the grid. Figures are shares of orders paid for in Newfoundland and Labrador and delivered in Ontario, 2022 to today; the median is the middle order, not an average.

Asked by Newfoundland and Labrador buyers
What time do I have to order from Newfoundland and Labrador for same-day delivery?
Toronto's same-day cut-off is 11:00 a.m. Eastern — 12:30 p.m. where you are. Orders after that go out the next delivery day; the courier for the rest of Ontario has its own 2:00 p.m. Eastern cut-off.
What does the recipient see?
The basket, the greeting card with your message and your name — and no prices anywhere.
What does delivery cost from Newfoundland and Labrador?
The same as from anywhere: free on orders of $100 and more in Toronto and the GTA; for courier addresses across the rest of Ontario the charge is shown at checkout for that postal code.
Can I track a courier delivery?
Yes: the carrier's tracking number is on the order tracking page, reached with the email address you ordered with and the postal code on the order. Same-day deliveries show as delivered when the driver finishes.
