The first weeks with a new baby are full and tiring, and a gift that arrives then is welcome company. Choose a direction for the family, set the amount, and say what you want to say on the card; the baby's name and the details are yours.

When to send

The first days are a blur; the second and third weeks are quieter and the gift gets noticed. Any time in the first month works, and later is fine too.

Words for the card

Say his name if you know it, congratulate them, and mean the offer of help. The builder's card assistant will help you find the words.

For whom

Send it to the baby, to the mom, or to everyone at home. The directions cover newborn basics, comforts for the new mother and keepsakes to remember the moment.

To the ward or the door

Sending to the maternity ward? Add the ward and room and check the hospital's rules on food and flowers. Sending home? The family's name and address are all we need.

Exact products depend on stock, because every gift is made individually. Substitutes are chosen to keep the direction, use and value of the gift.

Delivery Information

Order by 11 a.m. ET for same-day delivery to eligible addresses in Greater Toronto Area; other addresses are shipped.
The delivery date is chosen from the calendar in the builder.
A full delivery address and a reachable telephone number are needed.
Whether a hospital delivery can be made depends on the hospital's access rules and the recipient's stay.
If the recipient is discharged before delivery, contact us at once to arrange an alternative.
Note the apartment number, buzzer code and concierge instructions where they apply.
A delivery confirmation follows where the method of delivery supports one.

Alcohol Add-ons & Delivery Requirements

Wine, champagne and spirits are optional add-ons, included only when selected and where permitted. Delivery is to an adult of legal drinking age who may need to show ID.
